New York, NY (May 27, 2009) -- LL Cool J and Boomdizzle Networks today announced that Luther "Squeak" Jackson is the Grand Prize-winner of their first annual "Boomdizzle All-Star Competition." The Detroit, MI native won a one-record single deal and the opportunity to perform on-stage with LL Cool J.

After Boomdizzle announced their search for the next great artist, thousands of song entries poured in. Out of the top finalists, Jackson's "My Dreams," a very personal and moving song, was chosen as the winner by fans and the Boomdizzle "All-Star" panel including LL Cool J, Marley Marl, DJ Cut Creator and the Violator management team.

"There is nothing better at this time in my career than to give aspiring artists a platform to be heard," said LL Cool J, music icon and co-founder of Boomdizzle Networks. "Luther blew us away with his amazing natural talent and his personal story. We are proud to have him as a part of the Boomdizzle family and help launch his music career."

Jackson's single is now available as a free download to the first 1,000 people on Boomdizzle.com, a digital music and entertainment distribution online social community, and will later be available for purchase on iTunes.

The next "All-Star Competition" will be announced in June 2009 along with exclusive video footage of LL Cool J and Jackson's performance from the Jubilee Cityfest in Montgomery, Alabama.
