Bio

Cali The Great is an independent artist with 10 years in the music industry grinding his way to become the hottest solo act out of the gang and drug infested Long Island. First a fan of the music of the early 90's and his father spinning early 80's hip-hop on the weekends his like for music became his love. At the age 14 cali began to write his own style of lyrics motivated by the late legends biggie small, big L, big pun and tupac. Cali wasn't big on writing which took time to develop but had a niche to freestyle 10 bar verses that almost sound written.
