My name is 800 The Jewell from Denver, Co. I am
the founder of Jewell Tyme Music (1994), the
winner of Denver's Best Hip Hop Label 2008. I am
a self taught musician. artist, writer, and
engineer through the grace of God. I have been at
it for 17 years, almost... In 2005 I was blessed
enough to receive a distribution deal for my first
two albums which got me a lot of national respect
and recognition. In 2006, I was considered for a
Grammy Nomination for Best Urban/Alternative
Performance, which was only a consideration but,
for a Ni$$a from Northeast Denver, this was some
major ishh (Sonic Wave Intl')... Now, I am on a
quest to change the game here in the Mile Hi and
the world. I am responsible for my team Jewell
