Kwest is back! Oh yea; the same emcee that brought us Dope Smuggler,
Hooker and No Way Out is ready to unleash his latest album. Twenty-two
years in the game and still spittin fire. This New Jersey based emcee
returns with his most honest, gritty project to date. The new album is a
celebration of Hip-Hop’s musical roots. The rock savvy tracks, heavy
samples, scratching and bravado lyrical rants are reminiscent of Rap’s
early days. While the album pays homage to the Old School, it is in no way
an Old School album. J. Kwest’s fresh outlook and brutally honest inner
